.........................................................................Our "Little Orphan Animals" joint fundraiser with the
Heritage Farmstead Museum on April 26th was a great success! Over 25 vendors ranging from pet care, dog training, pet accessories and more attended the event. We adopted four wonderful little dogs that day and microchipped several dogs and cats for local citizens. Many thanks to Angie Carroll and the Heritage Farmstead Museum for such great organization and for the opportunity to work together to benefit both of our groups.
Guest speaker Shawn Messonnier, DVM, spoke on "Understanding the Holistic Approach to Pet Care" among many other activities that day, including face painting, a raffle, agility training, pet psychic and pet communicator.

Due to the increased activity of our offsite adoption program, we are still in need of additional wire fold-down crates. We have plenty of small and large crates, but currently need the medium size, roughly 36 x 23 x 25 - similar to the one shown here. They can be purchased online or at most local pet stores, Walmart, Target, etc.
